Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Aphex ID identity verification, email verification, account authentication, password recovery, security notification, and account protection services. By using Aphex ID, you agree to these terms.
Service Usage Terms
Aphex ID services may be used to support legitimate account security workflows for online applications and digital platforms. You may not use the services for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Aphex ID complies with applicable laws, regulations, and platform requirements.
User Responsibilities
Users and integrated platforms are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information when requesting verification, authentication, recovery, or support.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials, security codes, access links, and administrative settings.
- Using Aphex ID only for authorized account security and identity verification purposes.
- Promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access, suspicious activity, or service misuse.
- Maintaining appropriate notices, permissions, and legal bases for end-user communications where required.
Security Requirements
You must not interfere with, bypass, probe, overload, reverse engineer, or attempt to compromise Aphex ID systems. Verification links, codes, and recovery messages must be handled securely and used only by their intended recipients. Aphex ID may suspend or restrict access when we believe use of the service creates security, operational, legal, or reputational risk.
Availability and Changes
We aim to provide reliable services, but availability may be affected by maintenance, updates, network conditions, third-party providers, security events, or other factors. Aphex ID may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when necessary.
Intellectual Property
Aphex ID and its related names, designs, software, documentation, and service materials are owned by Aphex ID or its licensors. These Terms do not grant any ownership rights in Aphex ID materials.
Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the services, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described there.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aphex ID will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the services. Aphex ID services are provided without warranties except where required by law.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold Aphex ID harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the services, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
Termination
Aphex ID may suspend or terminate access to the services if these Terms are violated, if continued use creates risk, or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
